Ownership and Growth: Take ownership of the entire customer success engineering function as we scale. Customer-Centric: Work directly with healthcare teams and medical imaging companies, understanding their workflows and building solutions they love. Technical Variety: Full-stack development, DevOps, integrations, and customer-facing problem solving. What You’ll Do: Customer Success and Scaling: Lead customer onboarding for new healthcare partners, ensuring smooth integrations with their existing systems (PACS, EHR, Etc.) Build and improve our customer success processes to handle rapid growth while maintaining quality. Proactively identify and resolve customer pain points before they become blockers. Develop customer-facing tools and dashboards that increase adoption and satisfaction. Technical Development and Integration: Design and build integrations with hospital systems, EHRs and medical imaging platforms. Develop automated deployment and monitoring tools to reduce setup time and improve reliability. Create customer self-service capabilities that empower users while reducing support overhead. Build robust APIs and services that scale our customer growth. Implement infrastructure as code to enable rapid, consistent deployments across customer environments. Process and Impact: Own customer success metrics and continuously improve our processes. Collaborate with product teams to prioritize features based on customer feedback. Document and standardize solutions that can be replicated across our growing customer base. Mentor future team members as we expand the customer success engineering team. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practice experience in software development. Strong Python proficiency for backend development and automation. Docker and AWS experience for deploying and managing customer applications. Fluent English for interacting with the customer base. Problem-solving mindset with ability to debug complex, distributed systems. Preferred Technical Experience: Web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) and modern frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, Electron). RESTful API development and integration experience. NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred). Healthcare systems knowledge (PACS, DICOM, HL7, HER). FastAPI and PyMongo experience. Redis for caching and session management. Infrastructure as Coe (Terraform, OpenTofu). Customer Success Qualities: Genuine satisfaction from solving customers problems and seeing them succeed. Ownership mentality with drive to improve processes and customer experiences. Excellent communication skills for working with healthcare professionals.
