Compensation:

$125,500 - $215,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights and learn from experienced agents.
• Utilize our proven systems to prospect and generate new leads effectively.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional client service.
• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to advise clients accurately.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust in our services.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in team settings, contributing to shared goals and success.
