Ryan Robuck Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking an organized and efficient individual to assist in gaining and keeping customers. As a team member with our agency, your attention to detail and dedication to client relations equip you for this versatile position. We look forward to incorporating your energy and unique perspective into our team as we build success together. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based sales process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use connections in the community to grow the agency by finding new customers.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Prior sales experience is great but is not required.
- Able to obtain a Property/Casualty License
- Able to obtain a Life/Health License
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon service and marketing goals.
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Hourly base wage plus bonus
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
- Option available to participate in the agency's SIMPLE IRA retirment plan for employees
