- Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted
- Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote

How many scanners/rooms does this department have? 3-2 Client and 1 Siemens (Siemens Edge Plus - ER canner
Client Optima 660 - IP/OP scanner, Client Revolution Maxima - as part of a PET/CT - back up scanner)
Will they have to float/cover any other areas? No

EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use EPIC, Fuji Synapse
