Electronics Engineering Technician

Job Responsibilities:
- Thermal cycling
- Humidity testing
- Shock testing
- Vibration testing
- Electrical schematics
- PCB layouts
- Assembly drawings
- Mechanical drawings
- Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Perform precision soldering, rework, and component replacement
- Build test fixtures, cables, and wire harnesses
- Support prototype assembly and validation activities
- Maintain ESD-compliant laboratory practices
- Record and organize test results
- Prepare technical reports and failure analysis documentation
- Maintain engineering records and laboratory logs
- Assist with creation of SOPs and work instructions
- Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Validate assemblies and test configurations before transfer to manufacturing
- Support production readiness activities
- High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of electronics, hardware, or RF support experience; OR
- Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or related technical field with 3+ years of relevant experience; OR
- Equivalent military electronics training and hands-on hardware experience

- High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of electronics, hardware, or RF support experience; OR
