Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
• Active SLP state license (or eligibility for Arizona licensure)
• Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations
• Comfortable managing a diverse caseload with varying communication needs
• Familiarity with IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and collaborating with teachers and families
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in early childhood intervention or elementary schools is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy, evaluations, and screenings for students K–12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP requirements
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff
• Document services provided and progress; participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt therapy to address a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and engaging school culture
