Key Job Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive supply chain and commodity strategies across multiple categories and regions, focusing on both strategic network optimization and tactical execution. Lead complex initiatives autonomously, developing innovative solutions for undefined problems while managing cross‑functional relationships with significant organizational impact. Create and implement scalable processes that drive efficiency, optimize costs, and enhance supply chain resilience across the network. Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and supply‑demand patterns to identify opportunities and implement data‑driven solutions that improve performance. Influence and drive decisions across multiple stakeholder levels, spanning multiple organizations. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, negotiating agreements and driving alignment to optimize productivity. Navigate regulatory requirements and compliance issues, implementing risk mitigation strategies for long‑term stability. Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, clearly outlining trade‑offs and impacts on competing metrics. Drive best practices and standard work implementation across the organization, ensuring sustainable process improvements while balancing short‑term delivery outputs with long‑term strategic goals. Act as a global supply chain advisor, facilitator, and integrator to internal stakeholders. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of program or project management experience. 5+ years of supply chain experience. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience driving process improvements. Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field. Base salary range for this position is $115,400.00 - $160,000.00 annually (USA, WA, Seattle). Compensation includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
