Full-Time Schedule: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible within this timeframe)
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
Average Caseload: 6-8

- We service a wide age population that is not only tailored to the "littles" (2-10) and we do not have an age out restriction. We have seen learners go up to 17-20 years old

- Low billable hour requirement.
- Every BCBA creates their own individualized behavior plan.
- The opportunity to get leadership experience by mentoring RBT's and BCaBA through our Cultivate Apprenticeship Program.
- Work with Talent Acquisition and Client Outreach to build and shape your caseload.
- Growth opportunities aplenty! New Clinical Manager roles are offered to internal BCBA's first. We always look to promote from within.
- Work side by side with an experienced Clinical Manager in an effort to level up your skills.
- We welcome candidates who are actively working toward their BCBA certification. Applicants who are scheduled to sit for the BCBA exam within the next 60 days are encouraged to apply. Offers of employment may be extended on a contingent basis, pending successful completion and passing of the BCBA exam within the specified timeframe.
Compensation with your well-being
- Salary Range: $80k-$90k
- Potential to earn an additional $19k yearly in Bonuses (paid out monthly)

Qualifications
Education: Masters or better
Experience: Desire to work with children experience within ABA Passionate about behavioral science and disseminating best practices and current research within the field of ABA BCBA certification and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCAB)
Licenses & Certifications: BCBA
