Selling Supervisor

Summary The Selling Supervisor is a member of the store leadership team responsible for driving sales performance, coaching the sales team, and executing daily and weekly business objectives. This role leads by example, monitors sales metrics, provides feedback and training, and helps ensure an excellent customer experience. The Selling Supervisor supports promotional activities, clienteling strategies, and operational tasks to achieve profitable store results. Responsibilities Coach and develop the sales team to meet sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics. Sell on the floor approximately 50% of the time and implement clienteling strategies to build customer loyalty. Monitor and report sales metrics, communicate performance data, and execute strategies to improve results. Support promotional activities, merchandising needs, inventory control, and store productivity standards. Supervise daily cash transactions, deposits, and register balancing; participate in recruitment and training. Requirements Retail supervisory or similar industry experience with a proven track record of team leadership and sales results. Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and prioritization skills, with business acumen. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, lift up to 30 lbs., and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel. Fashion awareness, strong customer service skills, and the ability to use selling technologies and clienteling tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
