Located in Bay Shore, we have a privately owned practice designed around people, not production quota, are adding a Sales Associate/ Optician who wants to help shape a boutique optical experience from the ground up.
This is not a corporate optical job.
This is an opportunity to build, lead, and grow with excellent eyewear choices Tom Ford, Oliver peoples, Gucci and Miu Mui

About the Role
As our sales associate you will:
- Dispense and fit eyewear
- Educate patients on lens technology and frame styling
- Manage orders, adjustments, repairs, and follow-ups
- Help shape a boutique optical experience that feels intentional
- Collaborate closely with doctors and leadership
- Contact lens experience is required
- Familiar with vision insurance plans
We are building a company that people are proud to work for. This full-time opportunity provides a Monday – Friday schedule with no late nights or weekends. 2 years' experience in Optical sales is required
