This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys helping young children build independence, language, and social-emotional skills through engaging, play-based learning experiences. As the Lead Toddler Teacher, you'll create a structured, nurturing classroom while partnering with families and mentoring Assistant Teachers to ensure every child receives exceptional care and education. Responsibilities Lead all daily activities and routines for the toddler classroom Implement developmentally appropriate lessons using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P.
