Hanwha QCells seeks an HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations. This on-site role will split time between Carterville, GA and Dalton, GA, focusing on compliance, onboarding/offboarding, records management, and HRIS data accuracy. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 0–2 years of HR experience, strong communication, and discretion, plus proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.
