Senior HR Advisor: Casework & People Strategy
The Cumbria County Council
Cumberland Council is seeking a Senior Advisor – Casework to join the HR Advisory team. You will deliver a proactive, customer‑focused HR service across the authority, advising managers and employees on a broad range of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law, policies and best practice.
