Facilities Coordinator

Act as a liaison to Jones Lang LaSalle support services and other account team members Assist with the CMMS to create and maintain work orders with technical staff, vendors, and service providers Respond to work orders promptly while ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service Support teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success Assist with vendor badging processes and process-oriented tasks Collaborate to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations Ensure delivery of committed services and overall client satisfaction with JLL performance Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity in finding service-delivery solutions Continuously improve processes and innovate Coordinate with facilities personnel, teammates, and vendors to facilitate seamless work execution and minimize operational interference Requirements Entry-level facilities coordination role High school education or undergraduate degree preferred Experience in facility management, property operations, or commercial real estate environments Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for work order coordination and tracking Intermediate level Excel and Google Sheets skills Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive Strong written, verbal and people skills Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision Strong organizational skills and collaborative style Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship No visa sponsorship provided Core Competencies Demonstrates strong capabilities in facilities coordination, including work order management using CMMS, and excels in customer service and collaboration with vendors and team members.
