Machine Specialist (Screen Print) - 2nd Shift

Screen Print Operator BSN SPORTS, a leading company in sports apparel, is seeking a skilled Screen Print Operator to manage press machines and produce high-quality multi-color prints on garments. Location : 5349 W 76th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268 Work hours : Monday – Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm; mandatory overtime may include Saturdays and Sundays. Key Responsibilities Review work orders, observe specifications, and set up equipment for multi-color garment printing. Clean and maintain press machines, work area, and disposal of trash, ensuring all screens and squeegees are properly cleaned. Perform routine maintenance, including weekly cleaning with press wash. Use all required personal protective equipment. Complete work orders efficiently while meeting quality specifications. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Attention to detail and organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a structured, process-oriented environment. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. Ready to work seasonal mandatory overtime and maintain excellent attendance. Ability to differentiate and coordinate colors and identify quality issues. Previous warehouse experience is a bonus; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus. Physical Requirements This role requires the employee to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive movements, lift 15–50 lbs regularly, and tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
