Role Description The Revenue Cycle Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Delray Beach, FL. This role oversees the end‑to‑end revenue cycle, including patient registration accuracy, insurance verification, billing, coding coordination, claims submission, payment posting, and collections. The Revenue Cycle Manager monitors key performance indicators, identifies process gaps, and implements improvements to optimize reimbursement and reduce denials. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include supervising revenue cycle staff, ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory requirements, collaborating with clinical and administrative teams, and resolving complex billing or reimbursement issues. The individual in this role will also maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of insurance policies, fee schedules, and industry best practices to support sustainable financial performance. Qualifications Experience managing healthcare revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding coordination, claims processing, and collections. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to interpret financial data, track KPIs, and implement process improvements. Knowledge of medical insurance plans, payer rules, EOBs, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and relevant healthcare compliance standards. Proficiency with practice management and billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and general computer skills (Excel, Word, reporting tools). Demonstrated leadership skills, including team supervision, staff training, performance management, and cross‑functional collaboration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, clinical staff, and external partners. Prior experience in a chiropractic, orthopedic, physical therapy, or multidisciplinary medical practice is preferred. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
