Northern Star Solutions is seeking motivated, energetic, and driven individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Roofing Sales Representatives.

What You’ll Do
Prospect homeowners within assigned territories and generate new business opportunities
Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage or roofing needs
Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, restoration services, and insurance claim processes
Build strong customer relationships through trust, professionalism, and follow-up
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contracts
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
