Toxic Tort Associate Attorney

Job Overview Our client is a nationally renowned litigation law firm focusing on complex civil matters, including toxic tort, product liability, local government, general liability, and commercial litigation. This role is for a Toxic Tort Associate Attorney in California, with salary ranging from $115,000 to $195,000 per year. Offices are located in San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Los Angeles, and Irvine. Responsibilities Handle local and national accounts throughout California. Independently manage a litigation caseload. Conduct depositions. Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial. Review and analyze discovery requests. Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings. Prepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e‑filing. Provide trial preparation and support. Maintain accurate time records. Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of experience in toxic tort, asbestos, or silica cases. Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Admission to practice in California. Experience with motion practice and depositions. Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions. Capable of independent work and organized, efficient work habits. Superior research and writing skills. Ability to multi‑task and analyze complex matters.
