This position offers immediate start dates and the chance to make an impact in a supportive environment.Quick Facts:Location: Dublin, OHStart Date: 10/19/2026End Date: 01/18/2027Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 – 16:30)Hours/Week: 40 hoursEmployment Type: ContractCertifications: CBSPD or CRCST requiredExperience: Previous sterile processing experience preferredPay & Benefits:Pay rate: $32.88/hourBenefits: Competitive pay packageWeekly pay via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Robust referral bonus programPaid sick time in accordance with applicable lawsLicensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicableWhat You'll Do:Perform sterilization and disinfection of surgical instruments and equipmentDecontaminate items including drills, scopes, and DaVinci equipmentAssemble and package instruments for all service lines, including trauma, loaners, and peel packingManage high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope processingOperate sterilization equipment (sterrad and steam)Maintain sterile storage and inventory controlCoordinate with OR staff and serve as a liaison for sterile processing needsTrack and document procedures using Censitrac systemWhat You Need:Valid CBSPD or CRCST certificationPrior experience in sterile processing or surgical instrument reprocessingAbility to follow infection control protocols and safety guidelinesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbout the Assignment:This sterile processing technician role is based within a well-equipped surgical services department at a prominent healthcare facility in Dublin, Ohio.
