Salary Range: $52,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Traverse City region seeking Office Managers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates-not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain office facilities, including supplies, equipment, and general upkeep.
• Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
• Administer basic HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll.
• Support various departments with administrative tasks, data entry, and report generation.
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an office in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain efficient administrative processes.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of staff.
