Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule, considering capacity constraints and material availability.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain to align production plans with customer demand and inventory targets.
• Monitor production performance against the schedule, identifying and addressing potential deviations.
• Analyze forecast data and sales orders to optimize production sequencing and resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain scheduling tools and systems to improve planning efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to review production schedules and resolve conflicts.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheduling accuracy and on-time delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or demand planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) for scheduling and production control.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable scheduling strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (production, sales, procurement).
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
