Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team in Jonesboro, AR. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our products are assembled accurately and efficiently. If you enjoy working with your hands and have a knack for problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! M-Th, 4-10 hour shifts!
Responsibilities- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled products meet company standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity.
- Report any defects or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of assembly techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
