Inventory Associate An Inventory Associate is responsible for cycle counting, justification and accuracy of all distribution locations. Minimum 1 year of inventory experience Experience using RF (handheld) devices Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide across units of measure) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for entire shift Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot summers / cold winters) Basic computer proficiency Ability to analyze issues, determine root cause, and propose solutions Job Responsibilities Locate and verify inventory across all physical locations (quantity, item, description) Use RF devices and systems to track and manage inventory accurately Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and communicate findings promptly Partner with leadership to resolve damages, invalid UPCs, and zero on-hand inventory Perform calculations to support inventory counts and adjustments Maintain accurate records and ensure proper inventory control processes Follow safety, security, and confidentiality standards at all times Support a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, customer service, and safety Five Below is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
