The Leasing Runner is responsible for assisting the leasing team with their day to day job duties both in and outside of the office.

1. Must have your own transportation
2. Assisting Leasing team with leasing duties such as placing lockboxes, conducting move in/out evaluations, communicating with prospective tenants, taking photos and other duties as assigned.

1. Highly detail oriented and organized in work
2. Pro active, can-do attitude and willing to assist with anything needed.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
4. Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
5. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
