Entry Level Laborer

Du-Co Ceramics is anestablished, family owned ceramic manufacturer looking for entry-level laborers. We are offering great benefits and pay! We are a union shop, so employees are paid based on the job they are assigned. $18.15to $20.47 an hourbase rate (shift differential for non-daylight positions) Pay rates are not negotiable. Our entry-level laborers are essential to the operations of our company and include positions such as: Press Laborer Inspector Packer Sorter Packer Granule Mixer Operator Job Requirements: All candidates must be able torotate between 1st and 2nd shifts. (Some higher paidpositions rotate weekly; 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift) Must be able to work over-time as required. Mostly Monday-Friday with over-time on the weekends, when necessary. Must be able to follow work instruction andto keep accurate records as required. Must have the ability to measure small parts for long periods of time, perform AQL, and records. Must be able to unload parts into containers, cartons, and weigh on scales. Must be able to perform visual quality checks. Must be able to wear required PPE. Job Summary: Labor intensive position. Works in various departments throughout the facility in a laborer role. Previous manufacturing and fork lift experience preferred but not required.
