Customer Service Specialist

Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role based at the LA Fitness club in Riverside, CA. The Customer Service Specialist will greet members and guests, provide information about club services and amenities, and assist with membership inquiries, check‑ins, and account updates. The role includes responding to questions in person and by phone, resolving basic issues, and escalating more complex concerns to the appropriate team members. The specialist will support a positive club environment by maintaining a professional front‑desk presence, following established procedures, and helping ensure an excellent experience for all members. Evening and weekend availability may be required based on club needs. Qualifications Strong customer‑facing skills in Customer Service and Customer Experience to ensure members feel welcomed and supported. Ability to manage inquiries and concerns through effective Customer Support and focus on Customer Satisfaction. Professional Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills for handling calls and providing accurate information. Reliable, punctual, and able to work part‑time on‑site in Riverside, CA, including evenings or weekends as needed. Comfort working in a fast‑paced fitness environment, with attention to detail and basic computer skills for member account management.
