Project Manager

Position Summary: The Project Manager is directly responsible for the overall management and execution of construction projects. This includes, but is not limited to program management, design team management, local municipality coordination, contractor and/or subcontractor management to ensure a successful project completion. Principal Responsibilities: Leadership: Take initiative in understanding and resolving project challenges, leading all stakeholders to meet project goals. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with project team members, building trust and confidence. Team Oriented: Act as a coach to ensure all team members are operating at their best, fostering communication and collaboration. Goal Planning: Define short-term and long-term project goals, ensuring they are communicated, tracked, and met. Vision: Anticipate challenges, identify milestones, and pre-plan work to meet project schedules. Owner Advocacy: Act on behalf of the owner, ensuring their needs are exceeded. Communication: Determine appropriate methods of communication for different situations. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with all project team members. Schedule: Create and communicate the project schedule, ensuring all parties meet deadlines. Quality: Ensure that work meets or exceeds owner and design team expectations. Documentation: Document construction phase work through various means. Miscellaneous: Perform other duties as assigned.
