Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, and managing patient flow. This role involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, as well as collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, advanced practice providers, registered nurses, radiation therapists, and front office staff to facilitate efficient care.Essential Functions:Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.Coordinate patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care.Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical history, vital signs, and preparing patients for examination.Show patients to examination rooms and prepare necessary equipment for healthcare providers.Record patients' vital signs, or information in medical records.Perform general office duties, such as answering telephones or checking in patients. Advocates patients with a positive customer service approach.Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean and supplies stocked.Clean instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies.Responsible for ordering and maintaining department medical supplies.Full-Time Satellite Location Includes but not limited to: Mansfield, MAQualifications:Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent requiredCan this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
