Must have prescriptive authority, DEA registration, and eligible to serve Medicare/Medi-Cal participants. Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred. $193,606—$231,192 USD

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus.
