We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support the operation and reliability of aluminum extrusion and manufacturing equipment. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and minimizing equipment downtime in a fast-paced production environment.

Location: Pelham, NH

Salary Range: $72,800 - $91,520

Shift: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift

Permanent Opportunity

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery
Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs efficiently
Work from schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Support equipment setup and continuous improvement projects
Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Experience with aluminum extrusion equipment required
Strong hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills
Knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial electrical systems
Experience with PLC diagnostics preferred
Welding experience a plus
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
