Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft)Location: Stamford, Connecticut Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 Per Year + Full Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 Am–5:00 PmAbout The RoleWe're looking for a Connecticut-licensed LMFT to provide therapy through a remote setting. You'll work with individuals, couples, and families who may need support with relationship concerns, family dynamics, communication, or personal challenges. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the independence to manage your clinical work remotely. You'll have responsibility for your own sessions and cases while working with other professionals when coordination is needed.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through telehealthComplete initial assessments and review relevant client historyEstablish treatment goals and determine appropriate clinical approachesAddress relationship, communication, and family concerns within therapyReview cases and make treatment adjustments when appropriateComplete intake forms, progress notes, and required clinical recordsCoordinate with other providers when additional services are neededMaintain client confidentiality and professional boundariesFollow Connecticut licensing and telehealth requirements
