Oncology Sales Specialist, Hematology (Las Vegas & Reno, NV) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Oncology Sales Specialist to drive pharmaceutical sales in the Las Vegas and Reno territories. The role involves selling oncology therapeutics, building customer relationships, executing territory strategies, and achieving sales quotas while maintaining clinical knowledge and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Execute sales strategies and sell current and potential oncology therapeutics to achieve quota
Conduct territory business analysis, prospect new accounts, and develop account penetration strategies
Build customer relationships and deliver targeted sales messages using approved clinical materials
Maintain expertise on product clinical efficacy, reimbursement landscape, and healthcare delivery systems
Complete required training, compliance documentation, call reporting, and administrative responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree minimum
Two or more years of direct pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience with documented results
Oncology specialty sales and/or major hospital account sales background
Valid driver's license with ability to travel including overnight trips
Strong relationship-building skills and decision-maker identification abilities
Experience with complex reimbursement and managed care dynamics
Residency in or willingness to relocate to Las Vegas or Reno area
