Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Griffin, GA

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay: $34.00 – $38.00/hr (Based on Experience) + Full Benefits Package

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our 1st-shift manufacturing team in Griffin, GA. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production machinery and facility systems within a rubber molding and plastic injection molding environment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures on factory machinery and molding equipment.

• Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled inspections, servicing, and routine maintenance to minimize unexpected equipment downtime.

• Facility Maintenance: Support general plant infrastructure, utility systems, and production lines.

• Safety & Compliance: Partner with the Maintenance Manager, Plant Manager, and EHS team to ensure strict adherence to all OSHA and facility safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Technical Skills: strong proficiency in mechanical systems, industrial electrics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

• Core Competencies: Solid problem-solving ability, electrical troubleshooting skills, and experience working around heavy production machinery.
