Manager - Market Access

We are supporting a leading boutique consultancy in the search for a Manager to join their growing life sciences team, focused on market access and strategic advisory. This is an opportunity to take on greater ownership across client delivery, stakeholder management, and team development within a highly respected, fast-growing firm. Please note, my client are only able to consider candidates with experience within a consulting firm. The Role As a Manager, you will lead client engagements and work directly with senior stakeholders to shape market access strategies, organisational transformation initiatives, and evidence-generation approaches. You will operate at the forefront of complex strategic problems, translating ambiguity into clear, actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements across market access and commercial strategy Act as a primary client contact, managing relationships and driving discussions Design and deliver pricing, access, and value strategies across global markets Lead workstreams and project teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery Translate complex problems into structured, hypothesis-driven approaches Contribute to business development, including proposals and client expansion Mentor and develop junior team members What We’re Looking For 5–8 years’ experience in life sciences consulting or pharma strategy roles Strong background in market access, pricing, or payer strategy Proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in contributing to firm growth Why Join?
