Accounts Representative

We are seeking an Accounts Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Support Sales staff with processing orders, sales invoices, payments to suppliers and freight forwarders
- Manage order process by tracking shipping and providing shipping information, work with freight forwarders on documentation and customs clearance and provide final invoicing.
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, provide updates on orders
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Collaborate internally with multiple departments including sales and accounting
Qualifications and Skills:
- Analytical skills and basic math skills
- Able to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Social Media and AI tools a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but no required)
- 3+ years experience working as an account representative or customers sales representative
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Data Entry
- Experience in the paper industry a plus but not required
