Associate Financial Advisor

In this role, you will partner with an established Financial Advisor to serve clients, grow the branch, and positively impact communities in alignment with our strategy. Key Responsibilities Gather information and assess client suitability to deeply understand needs, priorities, and concerns, creating personalized strategies. Meet with clients regularly to track progress, uncover additional assets, address concerns, and adjust strategy. Partner with professional team members such as attorneys, accountants, and trust officers to fully understand client goals. Research portfolio performance, costs, and allocations, and make recommendations to clients. Collaborate with the FA and branch team to align and update the branch business plan. Cultivate relationships with organizations and businesses to maintain community presence and obtain referrals. Coordinate with the FA to assist in new client acquisition via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies. Continuously develop personal and professional skills. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; registrations may be obtained at EdwardJones during the study period. At least 3–5 years of relevant securities industry experience preferred. FINRA licenses required within three months; state insurance licenses required.
