Assistant Branch ManagerAs an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll be more than an operations coordinator-you'll be a trusted leader and problem-solver who ensures the branch runs smoothly and members feel valued. You'll partner with the Branch Manager to guide your team, deliver exceptional service, and help members achieve their financial goals. Step in as acting Branch Manager when needed.Create Member Success: Help members open accounts, apply for loans, and find solutions that fit their lives. Build relationships that last.Drive Growth: Promote products and services that make a difference for members. Lead outreach efforts and sales campaigns to meet goals.Keep Things Running: Oversee daily operations, cash management, and compliance to ensure everything is secure and efficient.Solve Problems: Research and resolve member inquiries with care and professionalism.
