We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Inside Service Account Representative for our Fredericksburg location. The selected candidate will have responsibilities to include, but not limited to: Identify, research and contact existing customer accounts to present and sell Kaeser service, extended warranty agreements and renewals. Assist equipment sales representatives with service and extended warranty customer presentations. Review Kair data for opportunities to improve reliability and sell service agreements. Achieve sales goals for service and extended warranty agreements, increasing customer retention and service revenue growth. The successful candidate’s background will include: High School Diploma required; college degree preferred. 3 years of experience in compressed air system service required. Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace. SAP experience preferred. Physical attendance at the worksite as required. This is a hourly position, with an annual range of $50,000-$65,000, to commensurate with experience.
