Job Summary We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join the Private Banking Operations Check Deposit Team. This role provides operational processing support for banking products offered to clients, with responsibilities including daily support for branch-deposited checks and checks deposited via the mobile application. Key Responsibilities Ensure receipt and disposition of all physical checks are logged, scanned, and actioned appropriately. Support inquiries and requests related to check deposits from branches via case management and email. Create and distribute daily and ad hoc operational reports. Process incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely distribution of deposits. Maintain compliance with deposit processing procedures and contr ols. Required Qualifications E xcellent written and verbal communication skills. Client-centric mindset and strong team orientation. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Detail-oriented, logical, and proactive thinker. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Ability to work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint ). Preferred Qualifications (if any) Pri or experience in banking operations or financial services suppor t. Education: High School
