Product Manager, Business & Wealth

Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to support and grow Curinos' Business & Wealth product portfolio. In this role, you will help translate market expertise, client needs, proprietary data and analytics into practical product capabilities that support pricing and growth decisions for financial institutions across wealth, business banking and commercial middle-market segments. Direct experience in all areas is not required, but the role requires curiosity and the ability to build fluency across each segment.

You Will

• Develop a deep understanding of client needs across wealth management, brokerage, deposits, cash sweeps, business banking and commercial banking
• Own and support product roadmap execution for defined Business & Wealth product areas, balancing client value, market opportunity, revenue impact and delivery feasibility
• Translate market problems, pricing workflows and analytical insights into clear product requirements and customer-facing capabilities
• Partner closely with subject matter experts, Data Science, Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing and Product Delivery to bring new capabilities to market
• Use client discovery, competitive intelligence, product usage and business performance to improve existing products and guide future investment

Responsibilities

Strategic Vision and Roadmap Management

Support the product vision and actively manage the roadmap for Curinos' Business & Wealth portfolio. Help prioritize product investments based on client needs, market opportunity, business impact, technical feasibility and product performance evidence.

Customer-Centric Innovation

Develop strong empathy for financial institutions' pricing, growth and relationship management challenges. Validate problems and solutions with clients and internal experts and connect product decisions to measurable customer outcomes.

Product Discovery and Developmen t

Conduct product discovery, define requirements and support delivery of new capabilities that improve pricing decisions, market intelligence and client workflows. Use client feedback, usage data, market signals, win/loss insights and product performance evidence to validate problems, guide prioritization and continuously improve the product experience.

Data and Analytics Products

Partner with Data Science, Engineering and subject matter experts to turn proprietary data, benchmarks and analytical methods into clear, trusted product experiences. Help clients understand market conditions, compare alternatives and make better pricing decisions.

Market and Ecosystem Leadership

Maintain current expertise across wealth, business banking and commercial middle-market ecosystems, including pricing dynamics, deposits, cash sweeps, treasury management, relationship profitability and competitive market trends. Build fluency in how financial institutions make pricing, growth and relationship-value decisions across each segment, and use that perspective to inform product strategy, discovery and roadmap priorities.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Work closely with Engineering, UX, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Product Delivery and business stakeholders to bring new capabilities to market and maximize customer impact.

Salary Range: $145,000 -$155,000 (plus bonus)

Desired Skills & Expertise

• 4+ years of Product Management experience
• Deep understanding of pricing within the wealth management space, including affiliated broker-dealers, independent broker-dealers, deposits, cash sweep programs and AUM economics
• Strong understanding of how financial institutions make pricing, spread, balance and relationship-value decisions across wealth and brokerage channels
• Experience building data-intensive B2B software products that turn complex market data, benchmarks or analytics into clear customer workflows and decisions
• Ability to translate client needs, subject matter expertise and analytical concepts into clear product requirements, user stories and roadmap priorities
• Demonstrated experience working with Engineering, UX, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Product Delivery and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clarity, align stakeholders and explain nuanced product, pricing and analytical concepts to executive clients and technical and non-technical internal teams.
• Strong judgment, ownership and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and make practical trade-offs

Preferred Skills

• Experience with business banking, commercial banking, middle market banking, business deposit pricing, treasury management or relationship profitability
• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking analytics, pricing analytics or advisory products within a regulated industry
• Experience with market benchmarks, competitive intelligence, client-facing analytics, pricing tools or decision-support products
