Responsibilities Provide outpatient physical therapy services to residents in a clinic setting and on-site at the community. Market the clinic and participate in scheduling new and existing patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. Treat residents Monday through Friday; no evenings or weekends. Work in both on-site outpatient clinics and residents’ rooms as appropriate. Qualifications Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
