HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (OA)

Duties
You will assist HR Specialist in preparing, reviewing and submitting Request for Personnel Action (RPAs) using DCPDS to ensure accuracy and completeness; resolve discrepancies and complete missing information.
You will assist with On-Boarding process of new appointments. Prepare new employee orientation packages; assist with NEO in-briefs and ensure in-processing forms are completed.
You will use automated data processing equipment and related software to prepare a variety of correspondence, memorandums, forms, and other documents, to include technical reports dealing with strength reports.
You will provide basic program information and support regarding standard processing procedures and requirements related to the staffing program.
