How you'll make an impact in this role Ensure Patient Safety: Review medication orders to catch and prevent drug-related issues, making sure patients receive the correct medication, dosage, and administration. Manage Pharmacy Operations: Supervise technicians to maintain an accurate and efficient workflow for preparing, storing, and dispensing medications. Control Costs: Recommend less expensive, but equally effective, formulary alternatives to help the hospital manage medication expenses. Educate and Inform: Serve as the go-to expert for drug information and provide education to both medical staff and patients, sometimes mentoring pharmacy students.

What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
- Preferred 2 years experience in Hospital Pharmacy, retail ok
- A working knowledge of computers
- Good interpersonal skills, both over the phone and face-to-face
