IT Specialist

Job Title: IT Specialist – Mid-Level Task ID: HBITS-08-14898 Position Duration: 30 Months Client: State of NY Agency: Information Technology Services Description The platform is administered via a VOSS-4-UC product, so these individuals will be responsible with performing an assessment of what the legacy/local systems provide and then coordinating the configuration, installation, and migration to our UniteNY VoIP platform using bulk/batch update files within the VOSS-4-UC product, along with a few other items. The work will also include meeting with the clients to discuss the existing configurations, coordinating with the vendor to migrate TN's from their existing services, and any other work related to ensuring a successful transition.
