If you have A four (4) -year business degree from an accredited college or university One (1) - two (2) years’ experience in accounting and/or related field Work related experience in areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory Management Must have direct experience with a Microsoft Windows-based operating environment with specific proficiency toward Microsoft Excel Must have direct experience using a comprehensive business ERP system. Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to professionally communicate at all levels of the business with strong diplomacy skills Ability to embrace change, support multiple groups at one time, work well in a team environment with positive energy, and adhere to US Tool Group’s core values Responsibilities to include Maintain data, prepare entries and process reports for AP transactions Maintain data, prepare entries and process reports AR transactions Maintain data, prepare entries and process reports Inventory transactions Maintain data, prepare entries and process reports for Treasury Management Maintain database, prepare entries and process reports of Fixed Assets and Leases using a 3rd party software Maintain data, prepare entries and process reports for Monthly multi-state and foreign sales tax Maintain data, prepare entries and process reports for Quarterly federal and state income tax Maintain data and execute implementation, testing and improvement of ERP system.
