Strategic Account Manager - Los Angeles, CA

ResMed seeks a Strategic Account Manager in Los Angeles to drive brand prescription growth and manage key client relationships. The role focuses on positioning ResMed solutions with physicians and sleep labs while building clinical preference adoption across the patient journey.
Responsibilities
- Drive ResMed brand prescriptions and identify referral opportunities to expand patient funnel
- Develop and maintain client relationships to establish ResMed solutions as clinical and operational preference
- Analyze client and patient needs to optimize ResMed solution adoption throughout care pathway
- Execute strategic initiatives with specialists to increase client adoption of ResMed branded products
- Represent ResMed as subject matter expert on product portfolio and support CRM-based sales implementation
Requirements
- 5+ years sales experience with bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Prior medical device, B2B, or B2C sales background
- Salesforce or comparable CRM platform experience
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and closing capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across channels
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
