Material Handler

Quality Control InspectorThe person in this position will be responsible for maintaining hourly process control checks and visual inspection of molded parts. This person will change molds when required. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required. Responsibilities include:Perform required inspections (gate height for example), take basic measurements and record required data on production inspection records/logs or special logs provided for the purpose (Molding condition, production log and quality check sheet).Record material/resin lot numbers.Understand requirements for ISO9001:2015.Mix materials (mixer) when needed.Identify product with MSDS labels when needed.Perform 1st and last piece inspections.Identify and report to management when a process or product is nonconforming (not meeting process specifications or meeting customer product requirements). Follow the corrective action process.Stock work area with correct components and materials (FIFO-First in, first out) for product being produced.Drive forklift when needed.Dispose of all scrap/purge buckets.Understand and manage recycle process.Record correct information of all resins being used (bin loading logs).Identify and recommend continual improvement suggestions.
