Corporate M&A Associate Attorney AmLaw 100 Opportunities Compensation

$235,000 – $420,000+

Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking to connect with talented Corporate M&A Associate Attorneys interested in exploring opportunities with leading law firms in Minneapolis.

This opportunity is ideal for attorneys interested in representing public and private companies, private equity sponsors, investors, and entrepreneurs in sophisticated corporate transactions.

Ideal Background

• 2+ years of corporate transactional experience

• Experience with mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters

• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and related transaction documents

• Experience representing public companies, private companies, private equity sponsors, or strategic investors preferred

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage transactions and work directly with clients

• Excellent academic credentials

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Minnesota bar admission required or ability to become admitted
