The Judge Group is seeking an Engineering Supervisor – Structural Engineering for a manufacturing company located in the Charlotte, NC area. Engineering Supervisor – Structural Engineering Location: Charlotte, NC Salary: $140k–$160k Relocation: YES Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of engineers, estimators, and detailers supporting utility structure projects Oversee structural designs, pricing support, and fabrication drawings for steel poles, towers, and related components Set team priorities, monitor workloads, and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule Enforce consistent use of engineering standards, design methods, and best practices Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate engineering staff Collaborate with sales and customers to support bids and strengthen partnerships Participate in leadership initiatives focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement Support plant operations, customer visits, and industry events as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months Prior experience leading or supervising technical teams preferred Background in structural steel, utility poles, towers, or related steel products Strong knowledge of structural analysis and connection design Master’s degree in Engineering or Business is a plus Willingness to relocate for future growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
