Responsibilities Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs Team Contribution Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery. An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities. Required Skills and Experience Experience in Agile / Scrum Framework with strong hands‑on experience in Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices. Experience in Sprint Execution & Delivery Management – Driving end to end sprint delivery and timelines Experience with Jira / Agile Tools – Managing backlog, sprint tracking, and workflow execution Technical Understanding is required Preferred Skills and Experience Performance reporting and status updates Progress tracking (KPIs, dashboards, EVM) Agile Metrics & Reporting Additional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
